Your friendly lines, my dear Sir, which you have adres-
sed to me the 8th January I have received the 15th January
and I have send immediately the enclosed letter to
Professor Dr. Sanders with a few words of my part.
In the foregoing you will find the answer to your
letter; the lines are adressed to me, but in the main
point destined for you. The writing to Dr. Engel,
not having interest for you, I have retained. The critics
in the „Magazin für die Literatur des Auslandes“
I will send you after receipt without delay, to Constan-
tinopel or to London, according to the time, in which
I do receive it.
